For myself: Schmidt-Rubin Karabiner 31

According to the serial # it was made in 1947 (see this site), but stock has marking V 45, which means May 1945, go figure...

The tag's name is of one Soldati, Rino, 1932 (1932 is the year of birth), from Ligornetto
Swiss phonebook gives two Rino Soldati, both are from canton Ticino (same as Ligornetto):
